Kayla Norris

Kayla Norris serves as Vice President at NewPoint Real Estate Capital since July 2023, specializing in the underwriting of commercial real estate loans across various property types and capital sources while fostering relationships with key clients. Prior to this role, Kayla held several positions at Grandbridge Real Estate Capital from November 2010 to July 2023, including Vice President, where leadership of a team in underwriting and analyzing commercial real estate loans led to over $3.5 billion in closed loans. Other roles included Assistant Vice President, focusing on deal sourcing and financial analysis, as well as Commercial Real Estate Analyst positions, where Kayla contributed to evaluating financing opportunities and handling Freddie Mac submissions. Kayla Norris earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Winthrop University in 2010.
