Kevin Smith

Kevin Smith currently serves as the Human Resources Director at Newport Aquarium, a position held since July 2005, where responsibilities include developing strategies that enhance workplace culture and overseeing all aspects of human resource management. Prior to this role, Kevin was the Operations Manager for Ride The Ducks Newport, responsible for opening the attraction in 2006 and managing operational and recruitment activities. Kevin’s earlier experience includes serving as a Corporate Trainer for Weltman, Weinberg & Reis, where training initiatives were facilitated for multiple offices. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and a Master's Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Northern Kentucky University.
