Sian Roper

Sian Roper (Assoc CIPD) is currently serving as an HR & OD Business Partner at Newport City Council since October 2023, having previously worked as an HR Advisor at the Forestry Commission from August 2022 to October 2023 and at Inspired Education Group from May 2019 to August 2022. Sian began a career in human resources with a summer placement as an HR Support Assistant at Newport City Council in June 2018. Academic credentials include an MSc in Human Resources Management from the University of South Wales (2019-2021), a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from the same institution (2016-2019), and a Level 3 Extended Diploma from Coleg Gwent (2014-2016). Prior education includes completion of GCSEs at Llantarnam Comprehensive (2009-2014).
