Jenifer Baxter

Jenifer has over 25 years’ experience as a qualified engineer specialising in environmental sustainability. Jen is a Director of Engineering & Head of Protium Wales delivering environmental led developments to reduce industrial carbon emissions, and is also a non-executive director for Industry Wales. Some of Jenifer’s core skills and expertise are in sustainability, environment, energy system development and infrastructure. Jenifer is an experienced NED, is a regular advisor to government and Ministers, has an extensive network of contacts and has authored a number of publications, documentaries, blogs and articles. Jenifer lives in Cardiff and is keen for NCH to become recognised as a leader in environmental development which will deliver great outcomes for its customers and developments that are fit for the future. Jenifer appreciates and understands that housing is about creating sustainable communities which deliver wellbeing, opportunity and a sense of place.
