Mark A. Carrillo, MCFE has a diverse work experience in the food and beverage industry. Mark A. started their career as a Food and Beverage Manager at Rampart Casino in 2005. Mark A. then moved on to become the Director of Food and Beverage at Eastside Cannery Hotel and Casino from 2005 to 2009. In 2011, they joined Hard Rock Hotel and Casino as an Assistant Manager before taking on the role of Director of Food and Beverage at Broadacres Open Air Marketplace, LLC in the same year.
