Mary Waldron Stevens has over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, specializing in retirement plan operations, payroll automation, data integration, change management, lean continuous improvement, and organizational health initiatives. Mary has held leadership roles at MFS Investment Management, The Hartford, MassMutual, Empower Retirement, Newport, and Ascensus, serving as a Director and overseeing various functions to enhance efficiency, customer experience, and risk management. Their expertise lies in building strong relationships with internal and external partners, driving initiatives to improve workplace culture and employee engagement, and implementing strategic changes to drive operational excellence.

Mary Waldron Stevens completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Merrimack College in 1989. Mary also pursued further education in Enterprise Excellence at Utah State University - Jon M. Huntsman School of Business in 2016-2017, earning a certification from the Shingo Institute.
