Jessica Walker

Jessica Walker's work experience begins in 2012 when they worked as a Receptionist at InterDent Service Corporation. Jessica then moved on to Northwest Specialty Hospital in 2014, where they served as a Patient Service Representative until 2015. In 2015, they joined Kootenai Health and held the role of Patient Services Coordinator until 2018. During this time, they also worked as a Financial Clearance Specialist from 2018 to 2018. From 2018 to 2019, Jessica worked as a Patient Care Technician at averhealth. Jessica then joined Healthcare Resource Group (HRG) in 2019 as an SR CBO Self Pay Analyst, where they stayed until 2021. Their most recent position is with Newport Hospital and Health Services, where they currently work as a Financial Counselor.

Jessica Walker has a diverse education history. In 2004-2005, they attended the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, specializing in Criminal Justice and Corrections, although they did not obtain a degree. In 2010-2011, they completed a Certificate of Completion in Medical/Clinical Assistance at Everest College-Henderson. In 2019, they studied at Ashford University and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social and Criminal Justice. Additionally, they obtained two certifications: Medical Assistant from the National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT) in September 2016 and Basic Life Support (BLS) from CPR Education Center in July 2015.
