Currently serving as Senior VP Sales at Newport International since November 2008, Craig has held various senior roles including Vice President of Sales at Golden Bison and Natural Premium Meats International, where Craig was also an owner. Craig's earlier experience includes a position as National Sales Manager at North American Bison Cooperative and National Sales Manager at Kitchens of the Oceans. Craig holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Business from La Roche University, completed in 1990.
