Dr. Heather Cash

Dr. Heather Cash is an accomplished educational leader with extensive experience in various administrative roles. Currently serving as Principal at Madison School in the Redondo Beach Unified School District since July 2019, Dr. Cash previously held the position of Elementary Principal in the Savanna School District from April 2018 to July 2019, where successful leadership focused on creating a conducive learning environment and implementing a new English Language Arts curriculum. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Expanded Learning in the Goleta Union School District, managing multiple afterschool programs and a significant budget, and as an Instructional Specialist, facilitating professional development initiatives across the district. Dr. Cash began their career as an Elementary School Teacher at the Buellton Union School District. Dr. Cash holds a Doctor of Education in Organizational Change and Leadership from USC Rossier School of Education, a Master of Arts in Education Administration from California Lutheran University, and several other degrees and credentials, underscoring a strong commitment to professional development and educational excellence.
