Catherine Westphal

Catherine Westphal possesses extensive experience in human resources and staffing, currently serving as Employment Supervisor and previously as Instructional Staffing Coordinator at Newport News Public Schools since September 2019. Prior to this role, Catherine worked as an HR Generalist for the City of Hampton from December 2012 to September 2019, and as HR Manager at M.
