Kipp Rogers, PhD has extensive experience in education, working as Chief Academic Officer in various school divisions. Kipp has also served as a teacher, administrator, and principal at different levels of education. Kipp is currently the Chief Academic Officer at Newport News Public Schools and the Chief Creative Officer at 21C3 Leadership Development, LLC, focusing on technology integration in education. Kipp holds a PhD in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies from Virginia Tech.
