Diana Mondragon

Diana Mondragon has extensive experience in human resources, having held various leadership positions in multiple organizations since 1993. Currently serving in human resources at Newport Pacific Capital since 2022, Diana previously worked as a human resources business partner at CR&R Incorporated for a brief period and as the manager of happiness at GZ6G Technologies Corp. Diana's notable roles include director of happiness at Island Dermatology, human resources manager at Staples, and human resources manager at The Olson Company, where responsibilities included overseeing HR operations for over 300 employees, facilitating change management, and developing talent. Diana began a career in human resources at New Orange Hills, managing comprehensive HR functions for a long-term care facility. Education was completed at California State University, Bakersfield, from 1986 to 1990.
