Andrew Belliveau is a Public Dining Chef at Newport Vineyards since October 2022. Previously, Andrew worked as an Event Chef and Center of the Plate Chef at East Meets West Catering from April 2019 to October 2022. Andrew also served as a Sous Chef at Walpole Country Club from December 2007 to February 2017. Andrew is responsible for all center of the plate preparation including butchering meat, poultry, fish, and game, as well as providing creative input for marinades, sauces, and plating aesthetics. Andrew ensures culinary events are executed professionally, timely, and artistically according to client specifications.
