Frederick Fink

Frederick Fink is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, strategic management, and leadership across various sectors. Currently serving as Managing Director of Mergers & Acquisitions at Newport LLC, a national business advisory firm since January 2013, Frederick also holds the position of President at CNW Holdings Corporation since March 2012. Previously, Frederick was the President and CEO of Carolina Nonwovens Corporation and Optical Resources Group, Inc., and served as Vice President of Investment Banking at Salomon Brothers. A seasoned professional, Frederick's earlier career includes roles at Booz Allen Hamilton, where Frederick was the Managing Partner of the Health & Medical Division. Frederick holds an MBA in Finance and an MHA in Health Administration from Stanford University, as well as a BA in Psychology from the same institution.
