Earl Knipfer

Earl Knipfer has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Earl is currently working at NEWPRO as the Vice President of Field Operations since 2019. Prior to that, they worked at Beldon as the National Operations Manager from 2016 to 2018. Earl also held the position of Division Support Specialist at Champion Home Exteriors from 2014 to 2016. Earl has experience in construction and project management as well, working at Beldon Home Solutions as the New England Production Manager from 2013 to 2014, and at Sears Home Improvement Products as the District Production Manager from 2010 to 2013. Earl also has experience in the construction industry, having owned their own company, E.M. Knipfer Construction, from 2000 to 2010, and worked as a Project Manager at K.L.N. Construction from 1992 to 2007. Their career began in the United States Marine Corps where they served on active duty from 1982 to 1992.

Earl Knipfer obtained their H.S. Diploma from St. Louis High School for Boys in 1984. Prior to that, they attended Billerica Memorial High School from 1980 to 1983. Additionally, Earl acquired certifications including a Lead Certified Renovators License, MA Unrestricted Construction Supervisors License, and OSHA 30 Certification.
