Aspen Garcia

Aspen Garcia is an experienced asset manager with a career spanning over a decade in the commercial real estate industry. Currently serving as an Asset Manager at NewQuest Properties since November 2014, Aspen has previously held roles at Situs, starting as an Analyst and advancing to Associate, where involvement included managing over $1 billion in CMBS loan transactions with major global lenders. Aspen's earlier experience includes an internship at Capital Commercial Investments, where contributions were made in asset management and marketing campaigns. Aspen holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with concentrations in Real Estate and Marketing from Colorado State University, earned in 2011.
