Didier Maraye

Didier Maraye possesses extensive experience in management and operations, having served as Directeur Général, Marketing Manager, Brand Manager, and Sales Manager at Nestlé Nouvelle Calédonie from March 2012 to February 2017. Currently, Didier holds the position of Administrateur at Université de la Nouvelle-Calédonie, is a part-time lecturer in Business English, and works as Director of Operations at Newrest since February 2023. Earlier experience includes leading Café Mélanésien and serving as Directeur Général at Boulangerie Industrielle Saint-Christophe.
