Albion Pajaj has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. They started their career as an IT Intern at Dynamic Home Health Care in 2018. In 2019, they worked as an IT Consultant at Vitalyst, where they provided consulting services to sensitive clients and resolved account issues. Later in 2019, Albion joined Newrez LLC as an IT Systems Support Analyst II, where they provided application support for proprietary loan origination software. They then progressed to the role of Business Analyst, where they led cross-functional teams to achieve stability in the Loan Origination System and responded to escalated business requests. In 2021, Albion was promoted to Manager of Business Application Delivery at Newrez LLC, where they improved operational processes and oversaw DevOps operations for multiple teams and projects. Currently, Albion is working as the Director of Business Application Support at Newrez LLC, leading a team of senior engineers and application support leads, aligning with budget goals, and collaborating with business leaders to remediate application issues.

Albion Pajaj earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from Penn State College of Information Sciences and Technology, completing the program from 2014 to 2018.
