Dinesh Bisht

Dinesh Bisht has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Dinesh is currently the VP of Engineering and Head of Capital Markets Technology at Newrez LLC since April 2022. Prior to this, from 2018 to 2022, they worked at Tavant, where they served as the Associate Director of Engineering and later as the Sr. Engineering Manager. In these roles, they led engineering teams for various departments, including Capital Markets, Products, Treasury, and Warehouse Line Management. Dinesh was responsible for developing roadmaps, new feature development, technology upgrades, bug fixes, and maintenance. Dinesh also played a crucial role in talent management, including hiring, mentoring, retaining, and promoting talent. Before Tavant, Dinesh worked at Caliber Home Loans from 2014 to 2018. Dinesh held positions such as Technology Leader and AVP of Software Engineering. During their tenure, they worked on initiatives to achieve scale through technology vendors and offshoring. Dinesh also served as the Delivery Manager for the Online App Portal for borrowers. Prior to Caliber Home Loans, Dinesh worked at CGI as a Senior Consultant from 2012 to 2014. Dinesh was responsible for establishing and growing the Product Team in the Healthcare Solutions Group. Additionally, they contributed to college recruiting, process improvement, and member management for the onshore development center. Dinesh began their career at Humana, where they worked as an Application Architect from 2010 to 2012. In this role, they developed tools, processes, and technical environments to enhance the architecture group's presence and introduced new technologies and solutions to a large number of associates and vendor employees.

Dinesh Bisht is currently an MBA Candidate at SMU Cox School of Business, specializing in Business Administration and Management. Dinesh previously attended the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, completing the General Management Programme for IT Executives. Dinesh also holds a Bachelor's Degree from Delhi University. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including Professional Scrum Master from Scrum.org and various Microsoft certifications in programming and web development.
