Donna Munoz

Donna Munoz, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has over 30 years of experience in human resources. Donna is currently employed as the Director of Human Resources at Newrez LLC since March 2022. Before this, they worked at Shellpoint Mortgage Servicing as the Director of Human Resources Business Partner from October 2019 to March 2022. Donna also has experience as the Director of Human Resources at Green Tree Servicing (now Ditech Financial LLC) from August 2008 to October 2019. Additionally, they were the Owner of HEAT Specialty Products, LLC, specializing in promotional products, from October 2009 to October 2018. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Distribution Center Human Resources at DBL Distributing LLC from April 2004 to August 2008. Donna's earlier career includes roles such as Human Resources Manager at Sears National Bank (aka CitiCards) from 1997 to 2004 and Human Resources Manager at Mayville Metal Products from May 1988 to July 1997.

Donna Munoz, SPHR, SHRM-SCP obtained a Master of Arts in Organizational Management (MAOM) from the University of Phoenix, from 1995 to 1997. Prior to that, they completed their General Diploma at CGUHS.
