Todd Stiverson

Todd Stiverson has a diverse range of work experience spanning over three decades. Todd began their career at ITT Financial Services in 1989, where they worked as a Branch Manager for four years. Todd then moved on to Commercial Credit, where they held the position of Branch Manager for another three years.

In 1996, Todd joined Travelers Bank and Trust as a Center Manager, leading a start-up cross-sell mortgage initiative. Todd was responsible for managing all aspects of the operation and successfully tripled the number of mortgage applications. Todd also consolidated locations, reduced incoming phone traffic, and relocated to a larger facility.

In 1999, Todd joined Citicorp, where they held several positions over a span of ten years. As the Citi Solution Center Manager, they were in charge of managing a startup mortgage operation with a cross-sell strategy initiative with Citibank Credit Cards. Todd oversaw all aspects of the operation, including budgeting, recruitment, business development, and performance enhancement.

Todd then became the Operations Director, where they managed the consolidation of two origination operations into a single regional operation. Todd also created a management reporting system that reduced error rates and manual redundancy between departments.

In their last role at Citicorp, Todd served as the Sr. Director/Vice President and was responsible for overseeing the business operations of 16 states. Todd interacted with 1,000 offices and 20,000 field agents. Todd'sintroduction of a customer service initiative resulted in customer satisfaction scores of over 97%.

In 2009, Todd joined TES Consulting Group as President and worked as a consultant specializing in the mortgage industry. Todd'smain client was MetLife Home Loans, where they assisted in strategic development, process flow re-engineering, and reporting.

Most recently, Todd has been working at Newrez LLC as the Vice President of Corporate Operations since 2010.

Todd Stiverson earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus in Finance, General from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater in the years 1985 to 1989. Todd later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Phoenix, completing it in 2004.
