Tony Williams

Tony Williams has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Tony started their career at Commerce Bank as a Training Manager, where they coordinated and developed training programs for employees and managed a training staff. Tony then moved on to Wachovia Bank Card Services as a Manager of Learning and Organizational Development, where they implemented project plans to improve workflow and training programs. Later, they joined Advanta Bank Corp. as an e-Learning Manager, overseeing the implementation of LMS systems globally. Tony then worked at ReSearch Pharmaceutical Services, Inc. (RPS) in various roles, including LMS Manager and Associate Director of eLearning, where they managed training systems and collaborated with internal and external stakeholders. Before their current role, Tony served as the Director of Learning and Development at New Penn Financial, LLC, leading training initiatives for a companywide workforce. Currently, Tony works at NewRez LLC as the Vice President of Organizational Development, where they utilize their expertise in learning strategy and development to align training initiatives with organizational goals.

Tony Williams attended Widener University from 2005 to 2011, where they obtained a BA degree in Liberal Studies. Additionally, they have a background in Pre-Law from Villanova University.
