Kathy Sams

Kathy Sams has extensive experience in financial management, currently serving as Financial Controller at NewRiver REIT plc since October 2010, where responsibilities include oversight of corporate accounts, statutory accounts for the entire Group, and leading year-end and interim audits. Kathy also attends quarterly board meetings and strategy sessions, presenting comprehensive financial reports and managing a team of seven. Prior experience as Finance Manager involved preparing management accounts and overseeing financial reporting for joint ventures. Previously, Kathy worked as a Senior Client Accountant at MJ Mapp Ltd from March 2005 to September 2010, focusing on financial reconciliations, reporting, and team training. Education includes ICAEW and ACCA qualifications.
