Prior to this, Mary has held various HR roles at companies such as Service Stack Technologies, Xebia, Netsurion, ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited, VIDAL, and Tata Consultancy Services. Mary holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Commerce from Jyoti Nivas College and a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Madurai Kamaraj University.
