Jana Vargicová is the Chief HR Officer at News and Media Holding a.s. Jana has over ten years of experience in Human Resources, having worked their way up from Key Account Manager to HR Manager to their current position. Jana has extensive experience in organizational restructuring, implementing new HR software, designing and implementing new employee onboarding processes, and developing training materials and programs. Under their leadership, the HR department has been able to increase employee satisfaction and retention rates while also reducing costs.
