Yiyi Jin

Yiyi Jin is the current General Counsel at News Break. Yiyi has previous experience working as a counsel and senior attorney at various law firms, including Nebulas.io, Dacheng Law Offices, and Zhenghan Law Firm. Her experience includes incorporating entities, raising VC capital, drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, managing litigation matters, and providing compliance and regulatory advice. Yiyi has also advised on various Token Sales.

Yiyi Jin holds a Bachelor of Law from Tongji University and certifications from ESCP Business School in Accounting and Business Strategy, Solvay Brussels School in Financial Analysis, and The Manchester Metropolitan University in Human Management.

Yiyi Jin reports to Jeff Zheng, Founder & CEO. Yiyi Jin works with Vincent Wu - Chief Operating Officer, Junhua Wang - VP, Head of Engineering.
