Nivi Palta

Nivi Palta has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Nivi started their career at EXL as a Senior Customer Service Executive from June 2002 to October 2004. Nivi then joined NIIT Limited, where they worked as a Senior Trainer responsible for delivering end-to-end training solutions for clients from 2005 to 2009. In 2016, they joined News Corp Australia as a Customer Service representative and later transitioned to roles such as Account Executive, 2IC Account Executive, Team Leader, Sales Operations Analyst, and currently serves as the National Culture and Capability Lead.

Nivi Palta obtained a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from the Institute of Hotel Management Lucknow in 2002. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Organisational Coaching from the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership (IECL) in November 2023.
