Ben Carollo

Ben Carollo, CPA, MST, serves as Vice President of Global Tax Operations at News Corp since November 2018, leading global compliance and reporting functions while contributing to tax planning and due diligence. Prior experience includes roles such as Senior Director of Tax Reporting & Technology at Meredith Corporation following its acquisition of Time Inc. and several significant positions at Time Inc., where oversight of the income tax team and preparation of global tax provisions were key responsibilities. Earlier in the career, Ben held the position of Tax Director at PwC, managing large public company tax provisions and leading audit teams while enhancing tax processes through technology. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Taxation from Pace University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from St. Francis College. Additional training includes participation in the Morning Brew Accelerator program.
