Madelein Ludeke

Madelein Ludeke is the Head of Human Capital at Newsclip Media Monitoring since July 2018. Prior to this, Madelein worked as an HR Officer at Tasima from May 2013 to July 2018, where Madelein was responsible for recruitment, performance management, industrial relations, and various other HR functions. Madelein also worked as an HR Officer / Personal Assistant at VATit SA from February 2012 to April 2013, handling disciplinary processes, updating employee files, and various administrative tasks. Madelein holds a Diploma in HR Management from Business Management and Training College.
