Jacqueline Huynh

Jacqueline Huynh is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operations and management. Currently serving as a Content Operations Manager at Newsela since May 2016, Jacqueline has held multiple roles, including Organizational Development Project Manager and People Operations Manager. Jacqueline's previous experience includes managing office operations for Guidebook Inc. at two locations, building a customer support team at WePay, and playing key roles in customer service and inventory control at various organizations, including Apple Retail. Jacqueline holds a BA in Economics and English from the University of California, Davis, and an AA in Liberal Arts from De Anza College, along with a program completion from Hackbright Academy in 2015.
