Rachael Foster

Rachael Foster is an experienced educational professional currently serving as a Curricular Solutions Architect at Newsela since May 2025. Prior to this role, Rachael worked as a Professional Development & Training Specialist at Seesaw Learning from April 2024 to May 2025 and held positions at Vancouver Public Schools as a District Instructional Facilitator for Digital Learning and Digital Learning Coach from June 2021 to April 2024, where Rachael supported teachers in integrating technology to enhance student engagement. Rachael's earlier experience includes teaching and coaching at Beaverton School District, focusing on creating inclusive environments and innovative teaching strategies, as well as coordinating sports camps as Area Director at Skyhawks Sports Academy. Rachael holds a Master of Educational Technology from Boise State University and a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from the University of Portland.
