Coalter Palmer

Coalter Palmer is a professional with extensive experience in research, writing, and analysis. Currently serving as a Staff Analyst at NewsGuard since July 2023, Coalter contributes to the Misinformation Risk Briefing and Misinformation Monitor while also producing rebuttals to false narratives and updating content reviews. Prior to this role, Coalter worked at Dartmouth College as a Research Assistant in the Government Department, focusing on congressional concession speeches and social media activity of election officials. Previous internships include administration and content creation at Aspen Institute Germany and editorial roles at The Dartmouth. Coalter holds a Bachelor's degree in Government from Dartmouth College, completed in 2023.
