Tim Langan

Tim Langan serves as the Chief Operating Officer at NewStreet Properties since February 2023, bringing extensive leadership experience from previous roles, including President and Chief Operating Officer at Investors Realty, Inc. from July 2013 to February 2023, and General Counsel/Commercial Manager at Omaha Title & Escrow, Inc. from July 2011 to July 2013. Tim also held the position of AVP/Senior Claims Counsel at Fidelity National Title Group from May 2009 to July 2011 and worked as an attorney in the Public Defenders Office for Douglas County, Nebraska from April 2004 to May 2009. Tim earned a JD from the University of Nebraska College of Law (2000-2003) and completed studies at The University of Kansas (1995-1999) and Omaha Central High School. Tim is also a graduate of Leadership Omaha Class 35.
