Maxim Belousov has a wealth of experience in the oil and gas industry. Maxim began their career at PromGeoService in 2006 as a Directional Drilling Engineer. Maxim then joined Baker Hughes INTEQ in 2007, starting as an MWD Engineer and later becoming a DRS Field Specialist III. In 2012, they moved to RUSPETRO as the Lead Drilling Engineer - Deputy Drilling Manager. After that, they joined ISC PetroEngineering in 2014 and served as the Deputy Head (Head) of the DD & MWD Department. Currently, Maxim is employed at NewTech Services as the Deputy Director of the Department of Downhole Technologies for Business Development. Maxim also previously held the role of Business Development Manager at the same company.

Maxim Belousov completed their education at various institutions. From 2001 to 2005, they obtained a bachelor's degree in Techniques and Technologies in Oil and Gas Industry from the Department of Continuous Environment Mechanics and Marine Drilling at Murmansk State Technical University. In 2005-2006, Belousov attended the Samara State Technical University, where they earned the title of Engineer of Oil and Gas Well Drilling from the Department of Oil and Gas Well Drilling. Maxim then pursued studies in HR management and government regulation of the economy at the North-West Academy of Public Administration from 2009 to 2013, specializing in the Department of State and Municipal Management. Lastly, Belousov attended two education centers, Baker Hughes in Dubai and Baker Hughes B.V. in Houston, USA, in 2008 and 2010, respectively, for specialized training in Directional Drilling and MWD Academy.
