Nicolas Young

Nicolas Young is an experienced financial executive with a comprehensive background in credit management and risk oversight. Currently serving as President & COO at Newtek Bank since January 2023, Nicolas previously held the position of Chief Risk Officer at Newtek Business Services Corp. from August 2021 to May 2023. Additionally, Nicolas worked as an Independent Consultant for NYC Consulting and as Chief Credit Officer at IBERIABANK, where management of credit activities across multiple states was key.
