Shannon Kathrein

Shannon Kathrein is an experienced attorney specializing in transactional residential and commercial real estate law. Shannon has been with Newtek Bank since April 2023 and previously worked at Law Firm Carolinas from September 2022 to March 2023 in the same legal field. Prior to these roles, Shannon held various positions at Law Offices of Louis J. Dakoyannis, LLC, Leader Bank, and MALONEY & CRAVEN, P.C., where responsibilities included title insurance defense and real estate litigation. Shannon began a legal career at the Law Offices of Aaron Spivack, focusing on real estate litigation.
