Romina Ferrada Rubio has extensive experience in the field of engineering, particularly in water treatment systems. Since November 2017, Romina has held various roles at Newterra, including Domain Manager for Decentralized Wastewater, Applications Engineering Team Lead, and Project Engineering positions. Prior to this, Romina worked as a Project Engineer at Newterra Chile SPA, focusing on water treatment systems for the mining industry. From January 2011 to January 2017, Romina served as an Automation Technician at Dosatec Ingeniería, contributing to the design and maintenance of water treatment plants. Additionally, Romina was a Managing Partner at Digan Whisky Fotocabinas, gaining startup experience in product development and marketing strategies. Romina also completed a Junior Research Fellowship at ITeDA Mendoza, culminating in a publication. Romina holds multiple degrees in electronics and industrial automation from Universidad Tecnológica Nacional and Technische Universität Ilmenau.
