Marty Roberts

Marty Roberts has over 38 years of experience with the Newton County Sheriff's Office, where roles have included Captain, Senior Captain, Lieutenant-Investigator, Special Agent, and Deputy/Jailer. As Captain, oversight has included Support Services, Special Investigations, Criminal Investigations Division, and Jail Administration, focusing on logistical support, narcotics investigations, and crime scene management. Education includes completion of the Command College PMP as well as attendance at Newton County and Tabernacle Christian School.
