Madeline W. has extensive experience in a variety of roles. Madeline began their career in 2003 as the Office of Institutional Advancement at Ashley Hall. In 2007, they moved to Roper St. Francis Healthcare, where they worked as Foundation Support & Interim Office Manager. In 2009, they joined NCO Group as Project Management Support. In 2010, they were hired by Atlanta Rod and Manufacturing as Director of Special Projects & Loss Prevention Manager. From 2012 to 2015, they were employed by Advertising For Good, where they held the roles of Director of Client Services, Account Director, and Account Executive. In 2020, they were hired by Century Holdings, Inc. as Controller. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Newton Crouch Company, LLC as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer.

Madeline W. began their educational journey at Ashley Hall School. Madeline then attended Oxford College of Emory University before completing their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration - Organization & Management, Information Systems & Operations Management from Emory University - Goizueta Business School.
