Jennifer Morales has extensive experience in compliance and risk management. Jennifer currently works as a VP and Senior Compliance Officer at Newton Investment Management Group, with a focus on compliance program development and maintenance. Previously, they held similar roles at BNY Mellon ETF Investment Adviser, LLC and Mellon, where they also managed policy creation and implementation, conducted risk assessments, and oversaw compliance with regulations. Jennifer also worked as a Compliance Specialist at Liberty Mutual Asset Management Group, where they assisted in developing and testing the compliance program. Earlier in their career, they held positions at Bracebridge Capital, LLC, where they contributed to compliance monitoring programs, regulatory filings, and other aspects of the compliance program, as well as at The Advocator Group, where they served as an Award Manager, Paralegal, and Case Manager, handling various tasks related to claims management and client support.
Jennifer Morales started their education at Boston Latin School, where they completed a college/university preparatory and advanced high school/secondary diploma program from 1991 to 1997. Jennifer then went on to attend Framingham State University from 1997 to 2001, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Psychology. In 2002, Jennifer obtained a Paralegal Certificate from Northeastern University. Jennifer furthered their education at Northeastern University and completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance from 2007 to 2009.
