Michael Germano

Michael Germano has extensive work experience in the investment management industry. Michael is currently the Global Chief Operating Officer at Newton Investment Management Group, where they also serve as the Head of North America. Prior to this, they held various roles at Mellon, including CEO of Active Management and Chief Operating Officer. Michael also served as the Chief Operating Officer at EACM Advisors LLC and Head of Strategy at BNY Mellon Asset Management North America, Corp. Earlier in their career, Michael worked at BNY Mellon, United Technologies, and Pratt & Whitney, where they gained experience in risk management, strategic analysis, and project management.

Michael Germano completed their education starting from 1999 and ending in 2005. Michael obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Management Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, attending from 1999 to 2001. Later, from 2003 to 2005, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance & Operations at Carnegie Mellon University - Tepper School of Business.

Additionally, Michael Germano obtained the Series 3 certification from FINRA in October 2018.
