Alexandra Pointon is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management and operational leadership. Currently serving as Principal and Managing Director of the Strategy & Delivery Practice at Aspirant since September 2020, Alexandra previously held the role of Director of Operations at Sherwin-Williams and spent over six years at Watson Standard as Vice President of Operations and Director of HR and Compliance. Earlier career roles include Manager and Human Resources Consultant at East Coast Risk Management, LLC, HR Consultant at UPMC, and Manager of Human Resources at Genesis Rehabilitation Services. Alexandra holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Pittsburgh and has further educational experience at Universidad de Belgrano.
