Paul Romero

Paul Romero is the Senior Director of Business Development and Partnerships at Aspirant Talent Strategy & Acquisition Practice. Paul has been with Aspirant for 15 years and 1 month, and has held various positions during their time with the company, including Director of Digital & Technology Consulting, Director of Application Support and Managed Services, and Director of Business Application Outsourcing.

As a member of the Aspirant Leadership Team, Paul liaises often with the Executive, Finance, HR, Legal, and Marketing Teams to provide input and a voice regarding policy and corporate direction. In their role as Senior Director of Business Development and Partnerships, Paul is responsible for business development, sales, resource and vendor management, resource hiring/termination decisions, account management, service line P&L forecasting and management, and specific project delivery. Paul manages a team of employees and partners from around the world who serve Aspirant's clients.

Paul Romero attended The University of New Mexico - Robert O. Anderson School of Management from 1985 to 1990, where they studied business information systems and was a member of Phi Gamma Delta. Paul also has a certification in ITIL Foundations.
