Andrej Petrus

Andrej Petrus is a seasoned investment professional currently serving as Chief Investment Officer at ZAKA VC, a venture capital firm specializing in pre-seed and seed deals across the EU, with a focus on Central and Eastern Europe as well as the Baltics. Andrej is also a Venture Fellow in the Newton Venture Program, an initiative designed for senior venture capital practitioners to enhance their expertise. Previously, Andrej held positions including Project Manager at SLOVCA, where involvement included representing the interests of private equity and venture capital members in Slovakia, and roles at CEAi, Inc., PwC Czech Republic, O2 Slovakia, and Neulogy Ventures that provided a diverse foundation in strategy consulting, investment analysis, and business consulting.
