Rachel Johnson is currently the Director at Phoenix Court Works, a foundation focused on being a good long-term neighbor and helping individuals achieve their full potential. Prior to this role, Rachel held positions such as General Manager at Phoenix Court and Key Account Manager at STORM LONDON. Rachel also has a background in events management, having served as the Cafe Manager & Head of Events at Good & Proper Tea and as the Events & Festival Manager at the same company. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Graphic Design from Loughborough University.
