Emma Crossley

Emma Crossley is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as the People Business Partner for the Public Cluster and People Operations at Newton Europe since January 2024. Prior to this role, Emma accumulated extensive experience at You HR Consultancy Ltd, where positions ranged from Head of HR Consultancy Services to HR Adviser over a span of nearly five years. Earlier career steps included roles at The Orders of St John Care Trust, NSF International, Aurora Fashions Ltd, and Joules. Emma holds a Level 7 Advanced Diploma in Strategic People Management from ICS Learn, along with an LLB in Law from the University of Gloucestershire and a Level 5 in Human Resource Management from Abingdon and Witney College.
