Helen Beurier has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Helen began their career as a People Advisor at The Karma Foundation & Karma Drinks in December 2019, where they provided guidance on people-related matters until March 2021. In January 2020, they joined GSK as the Biopharma People Separation Planning Lead, Global, until May 2021. In September 2021, Helen took on the role of People & Talent Advisor at The Ardent Company, during which they also served as an Interim Chief People Officer from May to September 2021. Helen then became the Chief People Officer at Zopa from September 2021 to October 2023. Helen has also worked as a People Advisor & Contributor to the Young Foodies Academy at Young Foodies from March to September 2021. Other roles include Founder at Bloom from September 2018 to September 2021, Advisor at Hiut Denim Co from December 2018 onwards, Author in Training at Peoplematics from April 2023 onwards, and Advisor at Pollen Projects from November 2023 onwards. Currently, Helen holds the position of Chief People Officer & Partner at Newton Europe, starting from January 2024.
