Kayleigh Brennan

Kayleigh Brennan is a seasoned professional in communications and change management with extensive experience spanning over 15 years. Currently serving as the Director of People & Change at Newton since February 2020, Kayleigh has held various roles within the organization, including People & Change Business Manager and Principal Consultant. Prior to Newton, Kayleigh worked at Newton Europe as a Communications and Engagement Consultant, and at Ingeus, where roles included Head of Communications and Change Communications and Employee Engagement Lead during a secondment. Previous positions also encompassed Communications Manager and Executive roles at Ingeus, as well as a Communications Specialist and Corporate Communications Assistant at Air Products. Kayleigh's educational background includes a degree from Leeds Beckett University, complemented by foundational education at John Colet School.
