Tom Chan

Tom Chan is an experienced Lead Consultant at Newton since January 2022, specializing in operational improvement within the healthcare and private sectors. With a focus on using data for decision-making, Tom has successfully implemented operational changes in teams of varying sizes. Previously, Tom served as a Consultant and Quality Assurance Engineer at SHJ Medical Gas Specialists, where efficiency improvement schemes were designed and PowerBI dashboards were generated. Tom also completed internships at TWI and European Space, where research and design of high-power induction heaters took place. Tom holds a Master of Engineering in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from the University of Cambridge and has foundational education from Dr Challoner's Grammar School.
