Olivia Harlan began their career in 2015 as a Human Resources employee at EPITEC. In 2016, they moved to Alliance Franchise Brands as a Business Development employee. In 2017, they joined Frontier Promotions as a Marketing and Sales employee. In 2018, they became an Analyst at GoBuyside Inc. and in 2019, they were an Operations Associate at NewtonX, a world's first AI-powered Knowledge Platform.

Olivia Harlan received their Bachelor's degree in Economics & Communication Studies from the University of Michigan and attended Mercy High School Farmington Hills.
